Microbial Production Manager
L ocation:
Singapore
Description:
- Reports to the CEO;
- Responsible for
supervising the production of microbial products from raw material to
in-process to final product packaging, storage and delivery;
- Maintain production facilities to ensure compliance with
regulatory requirements
- Organize production schedules;
- Manage production team and resource allocation;
- Participate in decision making on matters affecting microbial
production;
- Managing the production budget.
Qualifications:
-
A
Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related disciplines;

At least 3 years experience in research and/or industrial environment
specifically in food, industrial or pharmaceutical production involving
microbial applications;

Experience in fermentation (liquid and/or solid), quality
analysis/control, culturing techniques, processing, packaging and storage
is highly preferable;

Examples of relevant experience:
-
Quality Management System based on ISO9001, ISO17025, HACCP, GMP, Risk
Management Programs, Food Safety, and QCSH;

Statistical Process Control, ISO 9001, ISO 17025, Supplier and In – house
Audits;
-
Industry exposure: Pharmaceutical, Food Manufacturing, Food Service, Petro-Chemical,
Research.
