Aquaculture Technical Specialist
L ocation:
Malaysia
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aquaculture related field;
- 5 or more years of experience working with prawns and/or other aquatic
animals;
- Willing to be stationed in prawn farm in Malaysia;
- Willing to work weekends and holidays;
- Self-motivated and able to adapt to changing work environment.
Description:
- Manage technical aspects of implementation of an aquaculture system in
a prawn farm;
- Participation in research projects;
- Pond environment tracking and management;
- Feed tracking and management;
- Health tracking and management;
- Data collection, recording and analysis;
- Evaluation of new products, equipment and protocols;
- Construction of prototypes.
